ABOUT THE ROLE:

The role of an Optometrist at Specsmakers is different from competing brands and is not limited to only eye check-ups but also includes sales as a critical deliverable. He/she plays a key role in delivering technical expertise through eye-checks, dispensing, and diagnosis as well as selling products, executing stocktakes and SOPs to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Perform accurate eye check-ups and vision correction.

 To consult customers on choosing the right pair of eyeglasses

 To assist customers in providing the right pair of frames and lenses.

 To assist customers in selecting and wearing contact lenses.

 To perform sales and have the ability to achieve targets at the store.

 To handle customer complaints and solve the issues with their vision problem.

 To manage the SOP at the stores and to be a part of the store operations.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
