Job Description – Junior Graphic Designer

We are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to support our design and production teams in developing, adapting, and preparing artwork for retail display, POSM, printing, signage, and branding projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and adapt artwork for POSM, retail displays, signage, in-store graphics, promotional materials, and other branding applications.
- Prepare accurate print-ready and production-ready artwork based on approved designs and technical specifications.
- Resize, modify, and adapt existing brand artwork for different display sizes, formats, and retail applications.
- Prepare artwork layouts, cutting files, keylines, bleed, crop marks, and other production requirements.
- Work closely with the design, production, printing, acrylic, joinery, and fabrication teams to ensure artwork is practical for manufacturing.
- Review client-supplied artwork and identify missing files, incorrect dimensions, low-resolution images, font issues, or other production concerns.
- Make artwork corrections and revisions based on client and internal team feedback.
- Assist senior designers in developing presentation layouts, display graphics, mock-ups, and basic visual concepts.
- Maintain proper file naming, artwork versions, fonts, links, and organized project folders.
- Check dimensions, spelling, colours, resolution, and artwork specifications before releasing files for production.
- Support urgent artwork adaptations and production requirements when required.
- Follow brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across all project applications.

Required Skills

- Good working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe InDesign.
- Knowledge of CorelDRAW will be an advantage.
- Understanding of CMYK, RGB, Pantone colours, image resolution, bleed, cutting lines, and print-production requirements.




- Basic understanding of large-format digital printing and signage artwork preparation.
- Ability to work accurately with dimensions, measurements, and technical layouts.
- Good attention to detail, especially when preparing files for production.
- Ability to manage multiple artwork revisions and meet deadlines.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Willingness to learn about POSM manufacturing, retail displays, materials, and production processes.

Preferred Experience

- 1–2 years of experience in a graphic design, printing, signage, advertising, exhibition, POSM, or production environment.
- Fresh graduates with strong software skills and a good portfolio may also be considered.
- Experience preparing artwork for large-format printing, retail branding, display stands, signage, stickers, vinyl graphics, or packaging will be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of creating visual mock-ups or presentation layouts will be preferred.

Key Note

This is primarily a retail display, POSM, print-production, and artwork adaptation role. Candidates whose experience is mainly limited to social media posts and digital marketing creatives should demonstrate their ability and willingness to work with technical artwork, dimensions, print files, and production requirements.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
