Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to oversee statutory and labour law compliance for a portfolio of corporate clients. In this role, you will lead a team of 3–4 junior executives, manage end-to-end Provident Fund (PF), Employees' State Insurance (ESI), and Labour Law operations, and serve as the primary compliance advisor for client accounts.

Key Responsibilities

Client Account & Operations Management

- Oversee end-to-end labour compliance operations for multiple assigned client accounts.
- Ensure timely monthly computation, challan generation, and filing for EPF, ESIC, Professional Tax (PT), and Labour Welfare Fund (LWF).
- Maintain statutory registers, vendor compliance records, and documentation required under Shops & Establishments Act, Factories Act, and Contract Labour (R&A;) Act.
- Conduct regular compliance audits across client locations to identify gaps and implement corrective measures.

Team Leadership & Governance

- Lead, mentor, and allocate daily tasks to a team of 3–4 junior compliance executives.
- Review work executed by juniors to ensure 100% accuracy in statutory filings, data processing, and register upkeep.
- Monitor team KPIs, operational SLAs, and accuracy standards across all client deliverables.

Audit, Liaison & Risk Management





- Act as the primary point of contact for client queries, regulatory updates, and statutory notices.
- Represent clients during inspections, audits, and inquiries conducted by officials from the PF, ESIC, and Labour departments.
- Draft responses to show-cause notices, inspection reports, and legal correspondence.
- Stay updated on amendments in Indian Labour Codes and statutory regulations, advising clients on impact and adoption.

Key Qualifications & Requirements

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB), HR (MBA/PGDM), Commerce, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of core experience in Labour Compliance, EPF, and ESIC management, preferably within a third-party consulting, HR outsourcing, or multi-client services firm.
- Technical Proficiency: Expert-level working knowledge of the Unified PF Member Portal, ESIC Portal, Shram Suvidha Portal, and state-specific labour portals. Advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, data reconciliation).
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of Contract Labour (R&A;) Act, Minimum Wages Act, Payment of Bonus Act, Payment of Gratuity Act, and state-specific Shops & Establishments Acts.
- Soft Skills: Robust team management abilities, client-facing communication skills, and sound conflict-resolution capabilities.

Pay: ₹40,794.15 - ₹70,166.00 per month
