We are looking for an Ecommerce Operations Manager to manage day-to-day ecommerce order processing, fulfilment, dispatch, logistics coordination, and marketplace operations.

The role requires close coordination with warehouse teams, inventory teams, courier partners, vendors, and marketplace teams to ensure orders are processed accurately and dispatched on time.

Key Responsibilities

Order & PO Management

· Process purchase orders received through ecommerce and marketplace channels.

· Verify SKU, quantity, pricing, delivery location, and order details.

· Coordinate with warehouse and inventory teams to fulfil orders.

· Track open POs and pending orders and ensure timely closure.

· Maintain accurate PO and order records.

Logistics & Courier Coordination

· Create shipment and courier requests.

· Coordinate courier pickups and shipment schedules.

· Track shipments from dispatch through delivery.

· Follow up on delayed, failed, or pending shipments.

· Coordinate with courier partners to resolve logistics issues.

Packaging & Dispatch

· Coordinate daily order packaging and dispatch activities.

· Verify SKU, quantity, labels, and packaging before dispatch.

· Coordinate dispatch schedules with warehouse teams.

· Ensure orders are dispatched within required timelines.

· Monitor dispatch accuracy and help reduce errors, damages, and returns.

Marketplace Operations

· Coordinate fulfilment activities across ecommerce and marketplace channels.

· Monitor incoming orders and fulfilment schedules.

· Follow marketplace-specific operational requirements.

· Coordinate with marketplace teams regarding order, dispatch, and delivery issues.

· Maintain marketplace operations records and reports.

Inventory Coordination

· Coordinate with warehouse teams to confirm stock availability.





· Monitor fast-moving and low-stock SKUs.

· Identify inventory shortages that may affect order fulfilment.

· Support stock allocation across ecommerce channels when required.

Reporting & MIS

· Maintain daily ecommerce operations reports.

· Track PO, order, dispatch, pickup, delivery, and pending-order status.

· Prepare weekly and monthly operational MIS reports.

· Monitor order processing time, dispatch turnaround time, fulfilment rate, delivery performance, and order accuracy.

Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

· 3-6 years of experience in ecommerce operations, marketplace operations, order management, logistics, or supply chain operations.

· Experience handling ecommerce orders, purchase orders, dispatches, and courier operations.

· Good understanding of the order-to-dispatch process.

· Strong coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.

· Good written and verbal communication skills.

· Strong organizational and time-management skills.

· Valuable working knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

· Experience with ecommerce dashboards, ERP, OMS, WMS, or logistics platforms is preferred.

Experience: 3-6 years

Preferred Experience

Experience in ecommerce or marketplace operations within any of the following sectors will be an advantage:

Experience with top ecommerce and quick-commerce platforms will be an advantage.
