Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Quality Control Inspector with 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing/engineering industries. The candidate will be responsible for Incoming Inspection, In-Process Inspection, and Final Inspection to ensure products meet specified quality standards and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform Incoming Inspection of raw materials, components, and purchased parts as per drawings, specifications, and quality requirements.
- Conduct In-Process Inspection during various stages of manufacturing.
- Perform Final Inspection of finished products before dispatch.
- Inspect components/products as per engineering drawings, specifications, and inspection standards.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and dimensional specifications.
- Use various inspection and measuring instruments, including:
- Vernier Caliper
- Micrometer
- Height Gauge
- Dial Gauge
- Bore Gauge
- Thread Gauges
- Plug & Ring Gauges
- Measuring Tape and other relevant instruments
- Ensure inspection instruments are properly maintained and within calibration.
- Record inspection results accurately in inspection reports, check sheets, and quality records.
- Identify, document, and report non-conforming materials/products.
- Coordinate with Production and Quality teams to resolve quality issues.




- Follow quality procedures, work instructions, and inspection standards.
- Maintain quality documentation and records.
- Support internal and external quality audits.
- Follow and maintain compliance with ISO 9001 requirements.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and safety practices in the inspection area.

Required Skills & Knowledge

- 1–3 years of experience in Quality Control / Inspection in a manufacturing or engineering setting.
- Good knowledge of Incoming, In-Process, and Final Inspection.
- Good understanding of dimensional inspection and measuring instruments.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
- Basic knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
- Knowledge of inspection procedures, quality documentation, and non-conformance handling.
- Good attention to detail and observation skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Educational Qualification

- ITI – Mechanical / Fitter / Machinist or relevant trade.
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or relevant technical discipline.Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates with experience in manufacturing, engineering, fabrication, machining, or industrial production will be preferred.
- Should be willing to work in a production/manufacturing environment.
- Should have a quality-focused and responsible approach to work.
