New Tooling Development: Collaborate with the design and production teams to review recent tool designs, modifications, and improvements.
Machine Troubleshooting: Identify mechanical or technical issues in molds and tooling components and provide immediate solutions.
Quality & Precision: Ensure all tools and components are manufactured and repaired with high precision, strictly adhering to engineering drawings and tolerances.
Inventory Control: Maintain optimal stock levels of raw materials, tool room consumables, and spare parts.
Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and guide a team of toolmakers, machinists, and technicians. Foster a safe and productive working environment.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of tool history, maintenance logs, and compliance charts.
