Job Title: Planning Executive / Planning Engineer

Job Purpose
To plan and monitor production activities, ensure timely availability of materials and resources, and coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, Quality, and Dispatch teams to achieve production targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on customer requirements.
- Coordinate with Production and other departments for smooth execution of the production plan.
- Monitor production progress against planned schedules.
- Check material availability and coordinate with Stores/Purchase for shortages.
- Prepare and update production schedules and planning reports.
- Track work orders and ensure timely completion.
- Identify production delays and communicate them to the concerned departments.
- Coordinate with NPD, Quality, Purchase, Stores, and Dispatch for order execution.
- Maintain production planning records and MIS reports.
- Support capacity planning and machine/manpower utilization.
- Follow up on pending orders and prioritize urgent requirements.
- Ensure proper documentation and timely reporting to management.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of production planning and manufacturing processes.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of ERP/MRP software is an added advantage.
Qualification
- Diploma / BE / B.Tech – Mechanical or related discipline.
- Freshers can also apply.

Pay: ₹16,090.85 - ₹25,000.00 per month
