Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage with customers in a welcoming and professional manner, understanding their furniture needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, from inquiry to post-purchase support.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring products are well-presented at all times.
- Collaborate with the team to contribute innovative ideas for improving sales strategies and customer satisfaction.





Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a sales role, preferably in retail or the furniture industry.
- Solid interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- A proactive and results-driven attitude with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of furniture or interior design is a plus.
