We are seeking an efficient and detail-oriented Central Kitchen Administrator to manage the operational backbone of our food production facility. In this role, you will be the central point of contact for monitoring daily raw material inventory, tracking stock movements, managing kitchen staff attendance and scheduling, and ensuring seamless coordination between the kitchen floor, procurement, and management.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory & Stock Management:
Track daily inward and outward movement of raw materials, perishables, packaging supplies, and finished food items.
Conduct regular physical stock audits and cycle counts to minimize wastage, spoilage, and discrepancies.
Maintain up-to-date inventory logs and coordinate with procurement/suppliers for timely replenishment of stock.
Monitor batch tracking, expiry dates, and FIFO (First-In, First-Out) compliance across all storage areas.
Staff Management & Operations:
Manage daily attendance, shift rosters, and leave tracking for kitchen staff, helpers, and logistics personnel.
Coordinate daily labor deployment to ensure optimal staffing levels across prep, cooking, and packaging shifts.
Maintain attendance and shift logs to support accurate monthly payroll processing.
Assist with onboarding logistics, uniform distribution,
and adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Compliance & Record Keeping:
Ensure strict adherence to kitchen safety, hygiene, and FSSAI/food safety guidelines.
Maintain digital and physical logs of daily production reports, dispatch sheets, and waste tracking sheets.
Coordinate maintenance requests for kitchen equipment and machinery with service vendors.
Key Requirements
Experience: 0 to 3 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse/store management, or administrative operations, ideally within a food & beverage, cloud kitchen, or hospitality environment.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field.
Skills:
Robust numerical literacy and accuracy in maintaining inventory logs and spreadsheets (MS Excel / Google Sheets).
Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and problem-solving abilities.
Good communication skills to coordinate effectively with chefs, delivery teams, and management.
Familiarity with food safety standards and basic HR/attendance workflows.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
