Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate MEP works including HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and related systems.
- Review MEP drawings, specifications, BOQs, and project requirements.
- Monitor site execution and ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and standards.
- Coordinate MEP activities with civil, architectural, and other project teams.
- Monitor project progress, manpower, materials, and work schedules.
- Inspect completed works and ensure quality and compliance with specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors.
- Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues.
- Check measurements, quantities, and contractor bills.
- Monitor material requirements and coordinate with procurement teams.
- Conduct site inspections and prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality,



and statutory requirements.
- Assist in testing, commissioning, snagging, and project handover.
- Maintain proper MEP project documentation and records.

Qualification & Experience

- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
- 3–7 years of relevant experience in MEP project execution.
- Experience in hospital, healthcare, commercial, or large-scale building projects will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of MEP drawings, site coordination, and construction practices.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office; knowledge of BIM/Revit is an advantage.
- Positive communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
