Minimum 3–5 years of experience in food manufacturing/QC, preferably in:
Edible oil
Spices and spice powders
Rice/rice flour/powders
Masala products
Food processing and packing
The person should have practical experience in incoming material inspection, in-process inspection, finished-product testing, documentation, customer complaints and audits.
The person should be capable of independently handling:
Incoming raw-material quality inspection and approval.
In-process quality monitoring.
Finished-product testing and release.
Packing-material inspection.
Maintaining QC records and reports.
Monitoring moisture, weight, appearance and other product parameters.
Managing laboratory equipment and calibration.
Maintaining retention samples and quarantine/rejected materials.
Handling customer complaints and CAPA.
Maintaining HACCP/GMP/GHP and food-safety records.
Coordinating external laboratory testing.
Handling FSSAI and customer audits.
Supervising hygiene, sanitation and pest-control records.
Training production workers on quality and food safety.
Ensuring that quality instructions are actually implemented on the production floor

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
