Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and project outcomes.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing within the team.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE DELMIA Customization.
- Strong experience in software development lifecycle and configuration management within complex software environments.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot software issues to provide effective and timely solutions.
- Familiarity with integration of software modules and customization to meet specific client requirements.
- Experience working with cooperative tools and methodologies to support multi-disciplinary project teams.

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE DELMIA Customization.

- This position is based at our BDC11 - SEZ location.
