5 GST / Indirect Tax Compliance

6 Companies Act / ROC Compliance

7 Professional Tax & Other Local Laws

8 Compliance Reconciliation & Review

9 Notices / Assessments / Regulatory Correspondence

10 Compliance Documentation & Record Keeping

11 Compliance MIS to Management

12 Audit Observations / Non-Compliance

13 Regulatory Updates & Process Improvement

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- 100% timely statutory filings and payments.
- Zero major statutory non-compliance.
- Timely renewal of licences and registrations.




- Successful closure of audit observations.
- Proper maintenance of statutory records.
- Effective monitoring of contractor compliance.
- Robust documentation and audit-handling skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to independently manage compliance activities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and documentation.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
