We are looking for an experienced Telecalling Sales Executive who can confidently handle inbound enquiries, make outbound follow-up calls, and convert leads into confirmed inspection bookings.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer enquiries and explain our inspection services.
- Make outbound calls to follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, and enquiries.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend the appropriate inspection package.
- Build customer trust by explaining the value and importance of pre-purchase vehicle inspections.
- Handle objections professionally and close bookings over the phone.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with potential customers until conversion.
- Coordinate inspection bookings with the operations team.
- Update customer interactions accurately in the CRM/system.
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in sales or telesales preferred.
- Experience in the automotive industry is highly preferred.
- Candidates from used car dealerships, new car dealerships,
automotive accessories, vehicle finance, insurance, or automobile-related businesses will be given preference.
- Strong sales closing and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam. English is an added advantage.
- Ability to build rapport and influence customers over phone calls.
- Target-driven with excellent follow-up skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM familiarity.

- Understands the used car market or has experience in the automobile industry.
- Can confidently explain services, handle objections, and close deals over the phone.
