Key Responsibilities

- Instruction and Training: Teach proper stroke mechanics (freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, butterfly), breathing techniques, starts, and turns to students of varying skill levels.
- Team Management: Design structured conditioning and practice programs, prepare students for regional or inter-school competitions, and manage meet rosters.
- Safety and Supervision: Maintain a hazard-free pool environment, monitor swimmers constantly, enforce facility safety codes, and respond immediately to water emergencies.
- Administration: Track daily attendance, log individual student development, inspect equipment, and communicate performance updates to parents and school staff.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Certifications: Valid CPR, First Aid, and Lifeguard training certificates alongside a recognized swimming coaching certification or sports diploma (such as B.P.Ed / M.P.Ed).
- Experience: 2 to 5+ years of prior background working with children or competitive swim squads in a school or academy setting.
- Skills: Strong leadership, patience, effective verbal communication, and the ability to motivate young athletes.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
