About the Role

ZEBA LABS is looking for an experienced, target-driven Assistant Sales Manager to lead project-based sales and develop strong business relationships across Bangalore and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead project-based sales from enquiry to order and delivery.
- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets and maintain accurate sales forecasts.
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with key decision-makers.
- Develop clients across corporate, government, pharmaceutical, healthcare, educational, and institutional sectors.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and required technical documents.
- Coordinate with Design, Estimation, Production, and Project teams for smooth project execution.
- Guide and support sales team members to achieve targets.
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain regular updates on sales pipeline, project progress, and customer accounts.
- Travel across Bangalore and surrounding areas for client meetings, site visits, and project coordination.

Candidate Profile





- 3–5 years of relevant sales experience is mandatory.
- Experience in B2B Sales / Project Sales / Technical Sales / Laboratory Furniture / Interior Fit-out is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and client-handling skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/Sales tools.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team-management skills.
- Highly target-oriented, proactive, and achievement-driven.
- Valuable knowledge of Kannada and English is preferred.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and project requirements.
