Job Title: Estmaton Engineer – Fire Safety & Utlity Piping

CTC: 35 – 40K Per Month

Job Summary:

We are looking for an Estimaton Engineer – Fire Safety & Utlity Piping responsible for

preparing accurate estimates, BOQs, quotatons, and tender submissions for Fire Safety and

Utlity Piping projects.

Key Responsibilites:

 Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, rate analysis, and techno-commercial quotatons.

 Study tender documents, drawings, specifications, and scope of work.

 Carry out quantity take-offs for fire-fighting systems and utlity piping projects.

 EsƟmate materials, equipment, piping, fiƫngs, valves, accessories, and installaƟon

requirements.

 Obtain and compare quotaƟons from vendors and subcontractors.

 Coordinate with Sales, Design, Procurement, and Project teams for technical and

commercial requirements.

 Prepare tender submissions and support project costng, variations,



and additonal work

estimates.

 Maintain estimation records and updated material/vendor rate databases.

Requirements:

 Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical / Civil / Electrical Engineering or relevant discipline.

 2–5 years of experience in Fire Safety, Fire Fightng, Utlity Piping, MEP, or EPC

estmaton.

 Valuable knowledge of BOQ preparaton, costng, quantity take-off, and rate analysis.

 Ability to read and understand AutoCAD drawings and technical specificatons.

 Good command of MS Excel and strong analytical skills.

 Knowledge of NFPA standards, fire-fighting systems, and utlity piping will be an added

advantage.
