Job Overview

We are looking for an energetic, highly disciplined, and target-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our team at AKELEKABTAKMATRIMONY (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to connect with prospective leads via calls and social media, explain our matrimonial platform services, and drive subscription conversions. Job Details

* Role: Inside Sales Executive (Work from Home / Remote)

* Job Type: Part-time / Flexible Hours (20 Hours per week)

* Fixed Salary: ₹2,000 per month

* Incentive Structure: High-Performance Uncapped Incentives (20% Commission on every successful subscription conversion)

* Language Requirements: English & Hindi (Fluent Verbal Communication Required)

Key Responsibilities 1. Outbound Telecalling & Sales

* Initiate direct phone calls to provided potential leads using your personal smartphone device.

* Pitch our tailored matrimonial subscription plans, address customer queries, overcome objections, and successfully close the sales.

* Maintain a professional, polite, and persuasive approach throughout all customer interactions.

2. Social Media & Chat Lead Management

* Actively monitor, track, and respond to incoming messages, queries,



and comments on the company’s official Instagram and Facebook pages.

* Convert casual social media interactions into warm sales leads and drive them toward finalizing their subscriptions.

* Handle platform communications via assigned messaging channels (further details on operational WhatsApp account setup will be provided upon onboarding).

3. Daily Activity Reporting & Accountability

* Track all daily call volumes, connection rates, and conversion metrics accurately.

* Mandatory Reporting: Compile and share detailed activity reports, including verification screenshots of the day’s outgoing call logs, at the end of every working day to verify performance metrics.

Requirements & Qualifications

* Hardware Requirements: Must possess a functional smartphone in positive working condition with a stable network connection for making daily sales calls.

* Language Proficiency: Strong verbal communication skills in both Hindi and English are absolutely necessary.

* Accountability: Highly disciplined individual who can maintain daily reporting standards without constant supervision.

* Prior experience in telesales, telecalling, customer support, or real estate/insurance calling is an asset, but freshers with aggressive sales skills are highly encouraged to apply.

* A proactive, target-driven mindset with a high resilience toward handling sales rejections.
