Job Description – Field Sales Executive

Location: Uttar Pradesh

Salary - 3,00,000-3,60,000 Per Annum.

Zodiac Combs, a 40-year-old established manufacturer of quality combs and brushes, is expanding its presence in Uttar Pradesh and is looking for an energetic, self-motivated, and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

· Identify and develop new business opportunities.

· Conduct market mapping to identify potential customers and growth opportunities.

· Plan routes to maximize market coverage and sales.

· Appoint Wholesaler, Semi Wholesalers, Dealers & Coordinate with Super stockiest,

· Promote products through regular field visits and generate sales.

· Build strong relationships with channel partners and customers.

· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

· Achieve sales targets and expand market presence.

· Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and customer support.

· Maintain sales records and submit regular reports.

Desired Candidate Profile

· Graduate in any discipline (preferred).

· 1–3 years of experience in Field Sales, FMCG, Consumer Goods,



or Business Development. Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills and a willingness to travel may also be considered.

· Candidates with prior experience in the Comb & Brush, Personal Care, Cosmetics, or FMCG industry will be given preference.

· Robust communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

· Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.

· Willingness to travel extensively within Uttar Pradesh and neighboring states as per business requirements.

Compensation: Fixed salary plus performance-based incentives. Travel and other reimbursements will be provided as per company policy.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
