About the Role

Nucraft makes premium aluminium window and door systems for residential and premium Villa's and Bungalows

Too much of our operational knowledge currently lives in people's heads instead of documented, repeatable systems — we're hiring someone to fix that.

This is not an IT/ERP/software role, routine MIS role or project coordination job. You'll spend significant time with our technical, workshop and operations teams understanding how work actually happens and building better systems around it.

What You'll Do

- Sit with our technical and workshop teams, understand how decisions actually get made around BOQs, hardware, materials and project execution, and convert that knowledge into structured Excel-based systems
- Map how a project moves from Measurement → BOQ → Procurement → Powder Coating → Fabrication → QC → Dispatch → Installation → Handover, identify gaps and improve the process
- Build simple trackers and dashboards showing what's delayed, what's missing, who owns it and what needs management attention
- Set up error/rework tracking, identify why mistakes keep repeating and help fix the root cause
- Write practical SOPs and checklists with the people doing the work, not for them
- Roll out new systems with the team and make sure they are actually being followed

What This Isn't

Not a PA. Not data entry. Not routine vendor follow-up. Not generic MIS reporting.

The job is to improve the system,



not coordinate around a broken one.

Who You Are

- Graduate (any stream). Engineering, industrial, or a technical/diploma background is a plus, not a requirement.
- 2–5 years in process improvement, operations, industrial engineering, production planning or manufacturing
- Robust Excel — lookups, logical formulas, pivot tables and structured data
- Genuinely analytical and good at organising messy information
- Comfortable learning technical information
- Comfortable on a factory/workshop floor, not just in an office
- Confident enough to ask questions and challenge "we've always done it this way"
- Manufacturing, engineering, construction or building-materials background is a plus, not required

Location

Goregaon (office) and Vasai-Kaman (workshop) — primarily in Office at Goregaon, with regular workshop presence and occasional project-site visits for process imprevements and feedback.
