₹4.0–5.0 LPA + quarterly performance incentive

ISO 9001:2015 electronics manufacturing company serving industrial automation, defence, aerospace and space clients. This role owns the customer journey end to end.

You will: prepare quotations for PCB design, fabrication, assembly and component procurement from customer BOMs and RFQs; source component pricing from LCSC/Mouser/Digi-Key and build costing sheets; act as single point of contact for customers from enquiry to payment; verify POs, send order-status updates, coordinate dispatch documents and follow up receivables; head the front office — reception, calls, visitors, couriers, office administration.

You need: MBA (Marketing/Operations/General),



0–3 years; robust English plus Kannada and Hindi; confident on the phone; solid Excel and professional email drafting; numerical accuracy; willingness to learn technical vocabulary. Manufacturing/EMS exposure, GST and HSN knowledge, or Tally/Zoho/ERP experience are a plus.

Incentive: paid quarterly over and above fixed CTC on quotation conversion (40%), collections (30%), response turnaround (20%), customer retention (10%).
