Role: Senior CMDB & ServiceNow Integration Engineer

Location : Any Infosys DC office (Hybrid)
Position: Contract

Must Have

- 5+ years of overall IT experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development and administration experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow CMDB.
- Experience with ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM.
- Strong experience developing ServiceNow integrations.
- Hands-on experience with:
- REST APIs
- SOAP Web Services
- IntegrationHub
- MID Server
- Strong SQL and relational database experience.
- Experience with CI relationships, Identification & Reconciliation Engine (IRE), Discovery, and Service Mapping.
- Experience troubleshooting CMDB data quality issues.
- Robust JavaScript scripting experience within ServiceNow.
- Experience with Import Sets, Transform Maps, and ETL processes.

Mandatory

- Strong hands-on experience with Cicada ETL or Data Integration Platform.




- Experience configuring and supporting Cicada-based CMDB data ingestion.
- Experience mapping CI data from Cicada into ServiceNow CMDB.

Preferred

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS – Discovery/CMDB).
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Knowledge of ITIL and Common Service Data Model (CSDM).
- Experience with enterprise monitoring and inventory tools.
