A logistics executive coordinates daily supply chain operations, including transportation, inventory tracking, and warehouse distribution, to ensure goods move safely, cost-effectively, and on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Transportation Management: Plan delivery routes, choose shipping methods (road, air, sea), and coordinate with carriers.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, update records in the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system, and prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Documentation: Prepare and process shipping invoices, delivery challans, and compliance paperwork.
- Vendor Coordination: Communicate with suppliers and transport agencies to negotiate freight rates and resolve delays.
- Problem Solving: Track shipments in real time and fix delivery issues or bottlenecks
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
