Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor engineering teams across all disciplines: process, mechanical, electrical, civil, and automation disciplines.
Oversee engineering deliverables for plant design, expansion, and modernization projects.
Ensure compliance with project schedules, budgets, and industry standards.
Act as the primary interface with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
Drive safety, quality, and sustainability in all engineering activities.
Qualifications
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or Civil).
15+ years of engineering management experience.
Proven track record in EPCm project delivery.
Solid knowledge of manufacturing processes, utilities, and packaging technologies.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
