Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Google Ads Specialist to manage and grow multiple client accounts. The candidate will be responsible for Google Ads strategy, campaign execution, optimisation, performance tracking, and client communication.

Experience in a Digital Marketing Agency and Healthcare industry is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage multiple Google Ads client accounts simultaneously
- Plan and execute campaigns across Google Search, Performance Max, and Demand Gen
- Develop campaign strategies based on client goals, budgets, and growth targets
- Set up and manage conversion tracking, audiences, exclusions, and campaign structures
- Monitor and optimise CPL, CPA, ROAS, lead quality, and revenue
- Manage Smart Bidding strategies and make data-driven optimisation decisions
- Analyse campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Connect ad spend with qualified leads and business outcomes
- Prepare and present campaign performance reports to clients
- Work with content, design, website, and analytics teams to improve campaign performance
- Use AI and automation tools for reporting, search-term analysis, ad-copy creation, negative keyword research, and other repetitive tasks

Requirements

- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Google Ads
- Mandatory: Experience working with a Digital Marketing Agency
- Mandatory: Experience working with Healthcare clients / Healthcare industry




- Experience managing multiple Google Ads accounts simultaneously
- Strong knowledge of Google Search, Performance Max, and Demand Gen
- Strong understanding of GA4 and Google Tag Manager
- Hands-on experience with conversion tracking and offline/enhanced conversions
- Strong understanding of Smart Bidding strategies
- Proven experience improving CPL, CPA, ROAS, lead quality, or revenue
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good client communication and account management skills

Healthcare Experience

Candidates should have an understanding of:

- Healthcare advertising policies and restrictions
- Conversion tracking limitations and privacy requirements
- Healthcare-related ad disapprovals and compliance
- Call conversion tracking
- Regional and industry-specific advertising requirements

Valuable to Have

- Google Ads certification
- Experience managing high-spend Google Ads accounts
- Experience with multi-location healthcare businesses or clinics
- Understanding of landing-page performance and conversion optimisation
