We are looking for highly skilled Software Testers to join our team in India. The ideal candidates will be responsible for testing our applications to ensure they meet the highest quality standards and a solid focus on automation testing is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, execute, and maintain test plans and test cases for our applications.
- Perform manual and automated testing to ensure the quality of our applications.
- Identify, document, and track bugs and issues using our bug tracking system.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and provide feedback.
- Write and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, QTP, or similar.
- Perform regression testing to ensure existing functionalities are not broken by new changes.
- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to ensure efficient and effective testing.
- Provide detailed and accurate test reports to management.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in software testing, with a strong emphasis on automation testing.
- TypeScript + Playwright + Cucumber (BDD)
- Page-object discipline — selectors stay in page objects; scenarios express user intent
- Testing a React SPA over a REST API
- Root-cause diagnosis of flaky tests
- Git / PR workflow




- Proficiency in test automation tools like Selenium, QTP, TestComplete, etc.
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience with bug tracking tools such as Azure Boards, JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with AI and its applications in software testing is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in testing web applications, APIs, databases.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or C# for writing automated test scripts.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.

Not Required, but Beneficial to Have:

- Healthcare domain (CMN, wound care), HIPAA/PHI awareness
