Operations Manager – Wealth Management

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to manage day-to-day wealth management operations, with strong expertise in Mutual Fund operations, KYC, compliance, RTA coordination, audits, reconciliation, and team management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage Mutual Fund operations, transactions, KYC & investor onboarding.
- Coordinate with CAMS, KFintech, BSE StAR MF and other service providers.
- Oversee portfolio/fund rebalancing, reconciliation and transaction processing.
- Ensure compliance with SEBI/AMFI regulations and maintain audit-ready records.
- Handle audit, risk, issue resolution and process controls.
- Develop and implement SOPs and process improvements.
- Manage vendors, SLAs and operational escalations.
- Prepare MIS, operational reports and dashboards for management.
- Lead and manage the operations team, ensuring accuracy, productivity and timely resolution.





Required Skills

- 5+ years of experience in Wealth Management / Mutual Fund / Financial Services Operations.
- Strong knowledge of MF operations, KYC, RTA processes, compliance and reconciliation.
- Hands-on experience with CAMS, KFintech, BSE StAR MF or similar platforms.
- Strong team management, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and documentation.
- NISM V-A certified

Preferred: PMS/AIF operations knowledge and experience with CRM/financial software.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
