We are looking for a Product Support & Project Coordinator to support the implementation, operation, and continuous improvement of our OSS/BSS software platform for the Telecom, ISP, Broadband, and Wi-Fi industry.

This is a software product support role focused specifically on telecom/ISP technologies and business operations. The candidate will work with ISP and telecom customers to understand their network and operational requirements, troubleshoot product-related issues, coordinate implementations, and ensure smooth day-to-day operation of the platform.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide L2/L3 product support for OSS/BSS solutions deployed with ISPs, telecom operators, broadband providers, and Wi-Fi service providers.
- Analyze customer-reported issues, logs, configurations,



API responses, and system behavior to identify root causes.
- Coordinate with development, QA, implementation, DevOps, and network teams for issue resolution.
- Support product implementation, configuration, integration, testing, deployment, and go-live activities.
- Coordinate customer projects and track requirements, activities, dependencies, issues, and deliverables.
- Collect customer feedback and coordinate with the product/development team for product improvements.

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
