Role Description: Stiplify is looking for a creative and fast-learning designer who can create modern website designs, social media creatives, and short-form video content. The Junior UI/UX Designer & Video Content Creator (Full-Time Contract) role is a hybrid position based in Bengaluru, with flexibility for partial work from home. In this role, the individual will support product and marketing teams by designing intuitive user interfaces, refining user flows, and contributing to user experience improvements across Stiplify’s platform and marketing assets. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating wireframes and mockups, collaborating on design systems, and preparing visual assets for web and mobile experiences. The role also involves producing short-form video content, motion graphics, and explainer videos for product demos, social media, and marketing campaigns, while working closely with stakeholders to align visuals with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. The individual will participate in feedback sessions,



iterate on designs based on user and team input, and maintain organized design and media files for efficient collaboration.

Qualifications

- UI/UX design abilities including basic user research, wireframing, and creating clean interface layouts using tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Visual design skills covering typography, color, layout, and asset creation for digital experiences, with an understanding of responsive and mobile-first design.
- Video production and editing skills, including scripting, storyboarding, recording, and editing short videos using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar software.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and product-led growth to tailor designs and videos for funnels, landing pages, ads, and customer education.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to receive feedback, iterate quickly, and coordinate with product, marketing, and engineering teams.
- Attention to detail, time management, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a rapid-paced, growth-focused environment.
- Relevant education or training in design, multimedia, or a related field; internships or portfolio projects demonstrating UI/UX and video work are highly valued.
- Comfortable using AI tools to design faster and improve productivity
- Strong portfolio and willingness to learn
