Position: Line & final Quality Inspector (Plastic Injection & Moulding)

Job Summary

Toolcom Innovation Solution Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Line Quality Inspector to ensure product quality during the manufacturing process. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring production activities, inspecting products at various stages, identifying defects, and ensuring compliance with customer quality requirements and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct in-process inspections during production activities.
- Monitor product quality on the manufacturing line and identify defects or deviations.
- Perform dimensional inspections according to engineering drawings and specifications.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T;, and product specifications.
- Use measuring instruments such as:
- Vernier Caliper
- Micrometer
- Height Gauge
- Dial Gauge
- Bore Gauge (if required)
- Record inspection findings and maintain quality documents/reports.
- Raise non-conformance reports (NCR) for quality issues.
- Coordinate with production teams for corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and procedures.




- Support continuous improvement initiatives and quality audits.
- Follow workplace safety guidelines and company policies.

Required Skills

✔ Strong knowledge of engineering drawing reading and interpretation
✔ Knowledge of GD&T; (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing)
✔ Quality inspection techniques and processes
✔ Hands-on experience with measuring instruments
✔ Good analytical and problem-solving skills
✔ Basic computer knowledge for reporting
✔ Good communication and teamwork skills

Qualification

- ITI / Diploma / BE in Mechanical Engineering or related field

Experience: 2-5 year
