Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and highly organized Bar Manager to oversee our daily bar operations in Bareilly. You will manage staff, maintain licensing compliance, track inventory, and ensure our guests receive exceptional service. A strong understanding of local hospitality trends and excellent leadership skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

- Operations: Manage day-to-day bar operations to ensure maximum profitability and high-quality service.
- Staffing: Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise bartenders, servers, and barbacks.
- Inventory: Manage stock levels, conduct weekly audits, order supplies, and minimize wastage.
- Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to Uttar Pradesh liquor laws, health codes, and safety regulations.
- Financials: Handle daily cash drops, review sales reports, and implement cost-control measures.
- Menu Planning:



Design cutting-edge cocktail menus and promotional events to attract the local Bareilly clientele.
- Customer Service: Resolve guest complaints efficiently to maintain a positive venue reputation.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Bar Manager or Assistant Bar Manager.
- Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the Bareilly hospitality market and local vendor networks.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, budgeting, and point-of-sale (POS) software skills.
- Flexibility: Ability to work a strict 6-day week, including late nights and festival shifts.
- Education: Diploma or degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality is preferred.
