Job Summary

H.S. Oberoi Spirits Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Brand Promoter to promote and strengthen the visibility of our beverage brands across relevant outlets and events in Gurugram. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of experience in the Alco-Bev industry, preferably in brand promotion, retail activation, on-trade, or customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote and create awareness of the Company's brands at assigned outlets, events, and promotional activities.
- Engage with customers and provide accurate information about products, brand offerings, and features.
- Conduct brand activations, tastings, promotional campaigns, and customer engagement activities as per company guidelines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with outlet staff, retailers, bartenders, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure proper brand visibility, merchandising, POSM placement,



and promotional execution at assigned locations.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, promotions, and market trends and share relevant feedback with the sales team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline; relevant certification in Sales/Marketing will be an advantage.
- 1–2 years of experience in the Alco-Bev industry is preferred.
- Experience in brand promotion, on-trade/off-trade activation, retail promotion, or customer engagement.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Presentable, confident, and energetic personality.
- Strong customer-handling and relationship-building abilities.
- Basic knowledge of alcoholic beverage brands and the Alco-Bev market.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
