- Generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, referrals, and networking.
- Identify and approach potential customers interested in plots, houses, and construction projects.
- Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and available offers to customers.
- Arrange and coordinate site visits for prospective customers.
- Follow up regularly with leads and convert enquiries into bookings
.Candidate Profile
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales/business development preferred.
- Freshers with solid communication and sales skills may also apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
