We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive – Reinsurance to join our team.

Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain relationships with insurance companies, brokers, cedants, and reinsurers.
- Identify new business opportunities in reinsurance.
- Support treaty and facultative reinsurance placements.
- Coordinate with clients and reinsurance markets for quotations and placements.
- Prepare business proposals, submissions, and related documents.
- Follow up with clients and market partners to develop long-term business relationships.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in reinsurance, insurance broking, or business development.
- Valuable understanding of reinsurance and insurance markets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Good English communication skills.
- Experience with international/CIS reinsurance markets will be an advantage.

Salary: ₹20,000–₹40,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
