Key Responsibilities

- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives), ensuring transparent objectives, time-boxing and actionable outcomes.
- Coach multiple teams on Scrum and Agile principles, tailoring approaches (Kanban, XP, SAFe) to each context.
- Shield teams from external distractions, surface blockers early and work across functions to resolve impediments swiftly.
- Partner with Product Owners to groom and prioritize backlogs, split epics into well-defined user stories and ensure “Definition of Done” clarity.
- Track, analyze and report Agile metrics (velocity,



burn-down/up charts, cycle time, lead time) to drive data-informed decisions.
- Lead cross-team Scrum-of-Scrums for large programs; identify dependencies, risks and escalation paths.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement with regular inspect-and-adapt workshops, Kaizen events and “fail-fast” experiments.
- Mentor junior Scrum Masters and Agile champions; evangelize best practices through workshops, brown-bags and coaching circles.
- Collaborate with PMO/PMs to align Agile cadences with release trains, financial forecasts and governance requirements.
- Advocate for Agile at the leadership level—share success stories, ROI data and roadblocks to secure ongoing investment.
