Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Gold Manufacturing Supervisor / Jewellery Production Manager to oversee gold jewellery manufacturing operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing karigars (gold artisans), monitoring production, ensuring quality, and handling the complete jewellery manufacturing process from gold melting to finishing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage a team of karigars/artisans involved in gold jewellery manufacturing.
- Oversee the complete production process, including gold melting, casting, molding, cutting, filing, setting, polishing, and finishing.
- Handle and monitor the gold melting process and ensure proper weight, purity, and wastage control.
- Allocate work to karigars and monitor productivity, quality, and production timelines.
- Ensure proper handling, accounting, and movement of gold and other raw materials.
- Monitor gold wastage and maintain production-related records.
- Conduct quality checks at different stages of jewellery manufacturing.
- Coordinate with designers, production teams, quality teams, and management.
- Resolve day-to-day production and karigar-related issues.




- Ensure timely completion and delivery of jewellery orders.
- Maintain discipline, productivity, and smooth functioning of the jewellery workshop.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Key Requirements:

- 3–8 years of relevant experience in gold jewellery manufacturing.
- Strong experience in handling and supervising karigars.
- Hands-on knowledge of gold melting and jewellery manufacturing processes.
- Good understanding of gold purity, weight, wastage, and production control.
- Experience in managing jewellery workshops or manufacturing units.
- Strong leadership and team-handling skills.
- Valuable problem-solving and coordination abilities.

Preferred Candidate:

Candidates currently working as Gold Manufacturing Supervisor, Jewellery Production Supervisor, Workshop In-charge, Karigar Supervisor, Gold Production Manager, or Jewellery Production Manager will be preferred.
