We are looking for a Plant Manager with 2–3 years of relevant experience in dairy production and quality management. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth production operations, maintaining product quality and hygiene standards, and supporting the overall efficiency of the dairy plant.

Key Responsibilities

Production Management

- Manage and monitor day-to-day dairy production activities.
- Ensure production targets are achieved efficiently and on schedule.
- Monitor production processes, equipment, raw materials, and manpower.
- Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Identify production issues and take corrective actions promptly.
- Maintain production records, reports, and documentation.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth plant operations.

Quality Management

- Monitor and maintain quality standards throughout the production process.
- Conduct and supervise quality checks of raw materials, in-process products, and finished products.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality requirements.
- Identify quality deviations and implement appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain quality-related documentation and records.
- Support audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives.




- Ensure proper hygiene and sanitation practices within the plant.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should have:

- B.Sc. / B.Tech/B.E.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in dairy production, food processing, or a similar manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of dairy production processes and quality management systems.
- Milk processing, pasteurization, homogenization, UHT/Flavored Milk, curd/paneer, CIP, hygiene, FSSAI, quality testing and production planning.
- Understanding of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation practices.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to manage production activities and coordinate with plant staff.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Preferred Candidates

- Candidates who can join immediately or at short notice will be preferred.
- Relevant experience in a dairy plant will be an added advantage.

Compensation

CTC: As per experience, qualifications, and suitability of the candidate.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
