Creative Point is a digital marketing agency that helps brands grow through bold, data-driven campaigns across social, web, and paid channels. We're hiring a Content Creator who can do double duty — building our own brand's voice and personality, while crafting scroll-stopping content for a roster of exciting client brands.

If you can write a witty Instagram caption in the morning and a polished LinkedIn thought-leadership post in the afternoon - and shoot a Reel in between - this is your role.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

Building Creative Point's own brand

- Create content for our Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn — behind-the-scenes, team culture, hiring stories, case studies
- Write blog posts and website copy that show off our expertise
- Help grow our own following and engagement, channel by channel

Creating for our clients

- Write captions, blog posts, ad copy, and emails across a range of client industries
- Shoot and edit short-form videos and Reels for client campaigns
- Partner with our marketing and design team to plan content calendars
- Track what's working (and what's not) and pitch improvements backed by data

Across the board

- Design graphics in Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator
- Keep a pulse on platform trends, algorithm shifts, and what competitors are doing




- Jump into brainstorms for new campaign ideas
- Juggle multiple content calendars and switch brand voice on command

What You Bring

- 1–2 years of experience in content creation, social media, or digital marketing
- A portfolio that shows your range — writing, video, or design (personal projects count!)
- Comfortable with Canva, CapCut, and/or Adobe Creative Suite
- Sharp writing skills and the ability to shift tone from brand to brand
- Confidence on camera or directing a shoot
- A working knowledge of SEO and social analytics
- The organizational chops to manage in-house and client work at the same time

Nice to have (not required):

- Experience creating for both an agency's own brand and external clients
- Short-form video editing chops (Reels/Shorts)
- Familiarity with paid social ad content
- Experience with Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, or similar scheduling tools
