Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and skilled Customer Service Executives to join our dynamic team at WatchYourHealth.com Pvt. Ltd. If you have a passion for helping people and strong communication skills, this role is for you!

You will be part of the Diabetes Helpline Team, providing post-sales support and services for CGMS(Continuous Glucose Monitoring Systems) patients.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle inbound calls, emails, and chat support
2. Address and resolve customer queries related to:

- Document verification and queries
- General product-related inquiries

3. Maintain high-quality service and customer satisfaction
4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth resolution of cases

2. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi and Marathi language
3. Basic understanding of healthcare or medical equipment is a plus (not mandatory)
4. Bachelors degree in science background
