Job description:

Key Responsibilities:
- Teach VARC modules (Verbal Ability, Reading Comprehension, Grammar, Vocabulary, Critical Reasoning, etc.) for CAT/IPMAT/CLAT.
- Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans, practice sessions, and mock test discussions.
- Provide personalized mentorship and doubt-clearing sessions for students.
- Create high-quality content, assignments, and learning material for the VARC section.
- Track student performance and provide constructive feedback to ensure progress.
- Collaborate with other faculty and academic teams to design effective learning strategies.
- Stay updated with latest exam patterns, trends, and changes in syllabus.

Requirements:

- Minimum 3+ years of teaching experience in VARC for CAT/IPMAT/CLAT.




- Robust academic background in English/Communication/Relevant field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong command over vocabulary, grammar, and reading comprehension techniques.
- Ability to motivate and mentor students with varying learning levels.
- Content creation and test-prep experience will be an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
