Role Description The Tender Executive is a full-time, in office role based in Mumbai. This role involves identifying relevant tender opportunities, collecting and reviewing tender documents, and coordinating with internal teams to gather necessary technical and commercial information. The Tender Executive prepares and compiles tender proposals, ensures accurate pricing and compliance with eligibility criteria, and manages submission timelines and documentation. Responsibilities also include maintaining a tender database, tracking tender status and outcomes, and preparing periodic reports for management. The Tender Executive collaborates closely with finance, operations, and business development teams to improve win rates and support strategic bidding decisions.
Qualifications

- Strong skills in tender documentation management, bid preparation, and proposal coordination, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in data analysis, financial comparisons, and basic costing to support competitive and compliant tender submissions.




- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders, including vendors and authorities.
- Good organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tenders, track deadlines, and maintain systematic records.
- Ability to use office productivity tools (such as spreadsheets, word processing, and presentation software) for tender drafting and reporting.
- Understanding of hospitality or food and beverage operations, with awareness of regulatory and commercial requirements, is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, hospitality management, or a related field; prior experience in tendering, bids, or contracts is preferred.
- Demonstrated problem-solving mindset, integrity in handling sensitive information, and willingness to learn and adapt to evolving tender processes.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
