Position: Extension Officer (Manyam all Tribal areas)

Location: Manyam region (Kotturu, Kurupam, Odisha tribal areas)

Education & Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Rural Development, Sociology, Development Studies, Agriculture, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in community engagement, rural development, social impact projects, or field-based research preferred.
- Experience working with indigenous/tribal communities or rural communities is preferred.
- Experience in field data collection, documentation, and stakeholder coordination is desirable.
- Ability to communicate in local Adivasi languages and travel locally to spend some time in villages.




- It is mandatory to have a bike and driving license as the role will require travel across the villages.
- Respect for indigenous customs, protocols, and ways of working.
- Well versed in Telugu / Odia.
