Role Overview:
We are looking for a Salesforce QA skilled with 2–5 years of experience in software testing, including hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud. The candidate will be responsible for validating Salesforce functionalities, integrations, and ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:
* Execute test plans and test cases for Salesforce Service Cloud applications.
* Perform functional, integration, and regression testing for Salesforce features.
* Validate Service Cloud components such as Case Management, Omni-Channel, Knowledge Base, Service Console.
* Conduct API testing (REST/SOAP) and validate integrations with external systems.
* Log and track defects, ensuring timely resolution.
* Collaborate with developers and business analysts to clarify requirements and ensure test coverage.
* Support Salesforce release management and perform deployment validations.
* Work with automation tools (Provar, Selenium)



for test automation (basic exposure preferred).
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* 2–5 years of QA experience, with at least 1–2 years in Salesforce testing.
* Good understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud functionalities.
* Experience in manual testing and basic exposure to automation tools.
* Familiarity with API testing using tools like Postman.
* Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Educational Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Certifications (Preferred):
* Salesforce Certified Administrator
* ISTQB or equivalent QA certification
Nice to Have:
* Exposure to Lightning Experience testing.
* Basic knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools.

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
