We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 1 year of relevant KYC Operations experience. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, strong attention to detail, and hands-on experience with customer verification, document verification, and KYC processes. Candidates with experience in KYC, customer verification, document verification, compliance operations, banking operations, or BPO processes are encouraged to apply. Key: Minimum 1 year of relevant KYC experience is mandatory. Key Responsibilities Perform customer identity and document verification according to process guidelines. Review KYC records and customer documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance. Identify discrepancies, inconsistencies, and potential issues during the verification process. Investigate and validate customer information using available systems and supporting documents. Escalate exceptions, suspicious cases, and incomplete documentation to the appropriate team. Maintain high standards of accuracy and quality while processing KYC cases. Follow company policies,



process guidelines, and applicable compliance requirements. Maintain confidentiality and security of customer information. Achieve defined productivity, quality, and turnaround-time targets. Ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned KYC cases. Candidate Requirements Graduate in any discipline. Minimum 1 year of relevant KYC Operations experience is mandatory. Good verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail and analytical ability. Knowledge of KYC and customer/document verification processes. Ability to identify discrepancies and follow appropriate escalation procedures. Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
