Job Description: We are a growing nutraceutical manufacturing company looking for a dynamic Junior Formulation Chemist to join our core R&D; and production team. This role focuses on the lab-scale development and pilot batch manufacturing of advanced multi-particulate pellet formulations (enteric-coated, sustained-release, and taste-masked botanical extracts).

Key Responsibilities: Assist in the execution of lab-scale trials using Extruder-Spheronizers and Fluid Bed Coaters (FBC). Prepare wet massing blends, check moisture contents, and monitor pelletization process parameters (such as RPM and temperature).Perform routine physical evaluations of finished pellets, including bulk/tapped density, mesh size distribution,



and loss on drying (LOD).Maintain explicit batch manufacturing records (BMR) and laboratory notebooks for technology transfer. Coordinate with the Quality Control (QC) team to send samples for HPLC active assay validations.

Required Skills & Experience:2–3 years of experience in a pharmaceutical or nutraceutical formulation facility, with specific exposure to pellet manufacturing. Solid operational knowledge of extrusion, spheronization, and bottom-spray coating methods. Thorough understanding of cGMP protocols and laboratory safety practices.Good analytical thinking skills and a willingness to learn advanced delivery technologies.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
