Chinese Chef – Job Description We are looking for an experienced Chinese Chef to join our kitchen team. Responsibilities: Prepare and cook authentic Chinese dishes according to recipes and quality standards. Handle ingredients, sauces, spices, noodles, rice, and other Chinese cuisine preparations. Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and portion sizes. Ensure proper food hygiene, cleanliness, and kitchen safety. Manage kitchen stock and minimize food wastage. Work efficiently with the kitchen team during busy service hours. Create new dishes and contribute ideas to improve the menu. Requirements: Previous experience as a Chinese Chef or in Chinese cuisine. Positive knowledge of Chinese cooking techniques and ingredients. Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards. Team player with good discipline and a positive attitude.
