Job Description

We are looking for a Graphic Designer with a minimum of 1 year of professional experience and strong hands-on knowledge of Canva.

The candidate should have a good understanding of creativity, typography, color combinations, layouts, branding, and digital content creation. The selected candidate will work closely with our Digital Marketing and Web Development teams to create professional visual assets for various online and offline marketing requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Design creative social media posts, banners, flyers, brochures, presentations, advertisements, and marketing materials.
- Create professional and visually appealing graphics using Canva.
- Develop creative concepts that effectively communicate marketing messages and brand objectives.
- Design graphics and visual elements for websites, social media platforms, advertisements, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Create and modify graphics according to different social media and digital platform dimensions.
- Work closely with the Digital Marketing team to develop campaign-specific creatives.
- Assist in designing logos, branding materials, promotional graphics, and website assets.
- Maintain consistency with the company's and clients' brand guidelines.
- Perform image editing, resizing, cropping, and optimization as required.
- Handle multiple creative assignments and complete them within deadlines.
- Collaborate with team members to develop new design concepts and creative ideas.
- Stay updated with the latest graphic design trends, Canva features, social media design styles,



and digital technologies.
- Review designs carefully for accuracy, quality, and consistency before final submission or publication.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in Graphic Design or a related role.
- Strong hands-on experience with Canva is mandatory.
- Good understanding of graphic design principles, typography, color theory, layouts, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience creating graphics for social media and digital marketing campaigns.
- Creative thinking with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to understand requirements and convert concepts into attractive visual content.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to handle feedback and make design revisions efficiently.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of Angular coding/web development is preferred.
- Candidates should be able to provide a portfolio or samples of previous graphic design work.

Preferred Qualification

- Any Bachelor's Degree.
- Degree/Diploma related to Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Computer Science, IT, or a related field is preferred.
- Graphic Design or Canva certification will be an added advantage.
