Full-Time Video Editor & Social Media Content Creator

About the Role

We are looking for a creative, energetic and social-media-savvy Video Editor & Content Creator to join us full time.

You will be responsible for creating and editing content for multiple social media accounts, primarily:

- Tax Consultancy – informative and educational tax, GST, ITR and finance content
- Gym/Fitness Brand – workouts, transformations, trainers, member stories, events and promotional content
- Personal Instagram Accounts – lifestyle, food, travel and personal-brand content

We are looking for someone who doesn’t just edit videos, but also understands what makes people stop scrolling and watch a Reel.

Key Responsibilities

- Shoot and edit Instagram Reels, Stories and YouTube Shorts.
- Regularly visit/shoot at the gym and other required locations.
- Edit talking-head and educational videos for the tax consultancy.
- Shoot and edit energetic gym workouts, transformations, trainer videos and member content.
- Edit lifestyle, food and personal-brand content.
- Add professional subtitles, captions, graphics, transitions, sound effects and music.
- Create strong opening hooks and maintain good pacing throughout videos.
- Keep track of trending Reels, audio, editing formats and content styles.
- Suggest new Reel and content ideas for all accounts.
- Convert raw footage into multiple pieces of social media content.
- Maintain a distinct visual/editing style for each brand.
- Coordinate shoots and maintain an organised content library.




- Deliver content consistently according to the monthly social media calendar.

Skills Required

- Strong short-form video editing skills.
- Good understanding of Instagram and YouTube Shorts.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / DaVinci Resolve / CapCut or similar software.
- Basic knowledge of After Effects/motion graphics is a plus.
- Good understanding of camera angles, lighting and mobile videography.
- Ability to shoot good-quality content using a smartphone/camera.
- Understanding of hooks, storytelling and audience retention.
- Comfortable working with Hindi, Hinglish and English content.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Creative mindset with the ability to suggest content rather than waiting for detailed instructions for every video.

Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for someone who:

- Regularly follows Instagram/Reels trends.
- Has a strong aesthetic sense.
- Understands that fitness content should feel energetic, tax content should feel credible, and personal content should feel authentic.
- Is comfortable shooting people and directing them during videos.
- Can take ownership of the content-production process.
- Is willing to experiment with new formats and editing styles.

Experience: 1–3 years preferred; however, a strong portfolio is more important than years of experience.

Hiring Process

Shortlisted candidates may be given a small practical editing assignment using sample footage to evaluate editing quality, creativity, captions, hooks and overall understanding of social media content.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
