A Food and Beverage Assistant supports restaurant, hotel, or catering operations by greeting guests, taking accurate orders, serving food and drinks, clearing tables, and maintaining clean, safe dining environments. The role requires strong customer service skills, product knowledge, and teamwork to ensure smooth daily service.

Core Responsibilities

- Guest Service: Welcome guests, present menus, explain dishes, provide recommendations, and manage customer requests or complaints professionally.
- Order & Service Execution: Take food and beverage orders accurately, relay them to the kitchen or bar, and serve items following venue standards.
- Setup & Maintenance: Prepare dining areas, stock service stations, clear dirty plates, wipe down tables, and keep work areas hygienic.
- Stock & Safety: Monitor inventory levels of cutlery, glassware,



and condiments; adhere strictly to food safety and hygiene rules.

Key Requirements & Skills

- Experience: 0 to 2 years in a hospitality, hotel, or restaurant environment.
- Communication: Friendly, clear verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long hours, walk continuously, and carry service trays.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Education: High school diploma or basic hospitality certification preferred.

Pay: ₹12,433.48 - ₹20,000.00 per month
