RESPONSIBILITIES

- Managing customer orders and enquiries
- WhatsApp & phone customer communication
- Order processing and follow-up




- Delivery coordination
- Stock management and inventory maintenance
- Purchase coordination & supplier follow-up
- Basic accounts & daily entries
- Maintaining Excel / Google Sheets records
- Quality checking of products and orders
- Packing & dispatch coordination
- Social media handling & posting
- Website/product updates
- Customer relationship management
- Assisting with day-to-day operations of the unit and perfume business
- Preparing daily/weekly updates
- Following up on pending tasks and ensuring work is completed on time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
